The Lagoon, Lagoon Saloon, Bongos, and Keys Cable Park are all owned and operated by Grassy Key Adventure Park, LLC. The Florida Keys Community Center, and any other vendors or leasee's on the property are subject to their own liabilities. No Lifeguards are on duty at any times at The Lagoon and visitors are subject to swim at their own risk. As an action sports and recreational facility all visitors assume the risk of bodily injury, personal harm, and potential death upon entering the property. Participation in attractions with inherent risks amplifies these possibilities and as signage is posted repetitively throughout the property visitors assume these risks and subsequently agree to hold harmless Grassy Key Adventure Park, LLC and its associated entities and operators. The use of illegal drugs is explicitly prohibited on the property at all times. Under no circumstances may visitors use alcohol while participating in attractions throughout the park with inherent liablities. Grassy Key Adventure Park, LLC reserves the right to refuse or revoke access to services without reason to any patron at any time.

Grassy Key Adventure Park, LLC and The Lagoon is a family friendly facility. Inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and Grassy Key Adventure Park, LLC and its operators reserves the right to remove anyone from the property at anytime without reason. Grassy Key Adventure Park, LLC and its associated entities and operators strive to provide access to all individuals regardless of race, creed, sexual orientation, or physical and mental disability. Our facilities are largely mobile, temporary, and natural. ADA access is provided to any updated areas including those that are temporary. For additional needs please contact our staff at (305) 414 8245 we are proud to have taught our provided watersports services to many incredibly courageous individuals over the years who feared their disabilities would prevent them from participation.

Parking on the property is reserved for guests and particpants of Grassy Key Adventure Park, LLC only. The address is 59300 Overseas Highway Marathon Florida 33050. Please park in a courteous fashion in designated areas only.

+ Lost & Found

Any goods left at Grassy Key Adventure Park, LLC will be brought into the Saloon and held for no longer than one week then donated to local charities. Contact 305 414 8245 to redeem any lost goods. Shipping fees may apply if goods are to be returned to individuals no longer in the Florida Keys.

+ Weather Conditions

As an outdoor recreational facility Grassy Key Adventure Park, LLC is subject to weather holds and closure at the discretion of its operators. Attractions sold will not be refunded for inclimate weather but instead can be redeemed upon the clearing of weather or at an agreed upon later date.

+ Clothing Guidelines

Appropriate waterwear is highly recommended for participants at Keys Cable Park and additional services offered by Grassy Key Adventure Park. Coast Guard Approved Personal Flotation Devices must be worn at all times by participants of Keys Cable Park and individuals involved in paddle sports in The Lagoon. Wetsuits are NOT available for rent on property but are recommended for colder weather.

+ Drinks & Food

Absolutely NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK will be allowed on property.

+ Payment Methods

Grassy Key Adventure Park, LLC and its associated entities happily accept all major credit and debit cards with appropriate identification as well as cash. No personal checks will be accepted for services rendered or retail sold.
